What I like most is the people here. My teammates are supportive, and everyone is willing to help when things get hectic. I’ve learned a lot since joining Sky Medic, not just about sales but also communication and confidence. It really feels like the company wants us to improve, not just hit targets👍

Sky Medic had taught me an entrepreneurship mentality that focused on building long-term relationships with a solution provider mindset, which made me stand differently from a normal sales rep, even after changing to another field. Here, successful leaders still show up, provide mentorship and are always ready to back up when I need guidance. What I didn't expect is that as a fresh grad and newbie in sales, I also had exposure and involvement with the business development part (bringing in new products and setting up for the market), which is how I found my interest here and further guide my career direction later on. I'm grateful of my time here for these learning and exposure opportunity.

I’ve worked in a few companies before, but Sky Medic feels different. The management actually listens to our ideas, and when we make mistakes, they guide us instead of just blaming us. Of course, there are busy and stressful days, but overall it’s a place where I can grow and feel appreciated. 👍
